How does The End of Ten impact me?
Microsoft no longer supports Windows 10 with security and feature updates since the 14th October 2025, leaving it vulnerable to any new software exploits, and thus leaving your IT environment open to exploitation.
You must use Windows 11 to gain access to Microsoft Security & Feature Updates.
Upgrade to Windows 11
The best option for most organisations is to upgrade to Windows 11. Microsoft are offering this upgrade from Windows 10 for free for supported devices and it will maintain your feature & security updates.

It isn't as simple as just upgrading for some clients
The system requirements for Windows 11 are more strict than that of Windows 10 which leads to the situation where not everyone can upgrade to Windows 11 with their existing hardware. Where we help our customers is that we can offer Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) subscriptions to extend the security updates available for their Windows 10 devices for up to 3 years. Allowing our customers the time to organise their migration away from Windows 10, and through our consultancy arm we can assist with the planning as well.
